I had given my landline set for repair on Dec 24th and was assured with in a week it shall be repaired and sent back to me but after 3/4 reminders also as of today no information is available to me when it shall be returned to me. The local guy Mr Shambu of dwarka comes out with some excuse or the other every time and blames airtel for it. I need my phone duly repaired back as i hv paid for it and if airtel does not want to give is back then i must get the compensation or refund for it.
