Deactivation of hello tune

I did not opt for hello tune for my sim.

But it has automatically activated.

I am trying to deactivate.

Had called customer care also.

They are not helping.

Please help to deactivate the hello tune.

Every month RS 20 is been deducted for the stupid hello tune.
