The GPRS on my mobile is irratically functioning. Frequently it gets unattached due to which I am not able to use internet. A complaint was also made to Airtel customer support who say it would be resolved within 7 days. If such is the case what is the use of having GPRS. Will Airtel not charge the rental for the number of days (hrs) it is not properly functioning? Why it should take so much time to resolve a technical issue? If asked for contact number of their technical wing, the same is being denied. The complaint redressal system of Airtel is not transparent at all.
