Harrasment by unwanted balance deduction by Airtel
Sir,
My Airtel no. is 9166741619. i have been repeatedly facing the problem of unwanted services getting operative without any request and my balance is being deducted on there behalf.
The recent case is of some TADKA LIVE Service getting operative from 01 Dec 10 and my balance being deducted on its behalf whereas i have never requested for such service. As these services deduct Rs 10, This service has been activated without taking any concurrence from me. Again the same service was renewed on 07 Dec 10 and Rs10 was deducted from my balance. Earlier news alert was activated though I did not ask so.
When complained to the customer care executive Mr Soma Anand on 08 Dec10 at 1038 am, the response was very pathetic.and, it was told that service will be stopped but the balance will not be refunded. With great displeasure I am informing you that I am not satisfied with the services of customer care. It was not expected by an organisation like your's.
I request you to look into this matter so that it will not be repeated in future.
