I am using airtel postpaid connection since last 5 years, i am facing network problem in my office from last one year.

i have talk to many Person of airtel care they have only taking time, after that i have talk to nodal officers also, they have told me complain will be resolved widhin 3 or 4 days, but problem is present till now, i think all of executive are trend by airtel to make a false commitment.
just i want to ask a question from airtel when my bill payment will be late only one or 2 days they will charged a late fee, if they are unable to solve my problem in 11 month what a customer can charged in the name of late fee, one and final thinking just they are making fool to coustomers
