Hello Sir,
I am writing this mail to you after repeated and failed attempts to have a resolution from my cellular connection vendor. I have airtel mobile connection in my name and have been using it from past 10 years.
I have communicated with them to resolve my 3G GPRS activation on my cell phone connection which was deliberately activated and i have been charged heftily on the grounds of usage for the each data activity which was activated without my knowledge and consent or request.
Each time I requested them to consider my tenure having a connection with them and give a consideration to re visit the 3G activation mistake happened from their end. Till date they are saying as per their records they are very correct with data usage on my cellular connection and not giving any waive off for the same.
I am enclosing the communication details which has happened between me and airtel people.
I request you to look into this and suggest me the best solution.

I hold the airtel mobile connection with a number bearing 9845684764, and I am
writing this communication with a hope that it will be addressed without any
standard consoling words infact a actionable words on resolving the issue.
As of today, 13 Apr my outstanding bill is Rs 2741/- and outgoing is also
barred, i have been with airtel mobile service from past ten years and due to
your mistake, I am in a state where I cant even make outgoing calls.
At this point, I am really loooking for solution rather than just reply to this
email,
Problems with my connection:
1. GPRS service activated without my consent,
2. There is no alert shared with me for activation of it, other wise would have
called back and cancelled it immediately.
3. Bills generated against GPRS usage.
Solution looking for:
Your priority and concern for the valued customer would result me being in the
airtel network otherwise i have to look for better options.
1. I am ready to make the payment against Call Usage and its taxes
2. I am ready to make the payment against monthly rental for the call usage.
Please note that, in past 10 years my payments have been well in advance prior
to last date.
These un happy situations hurt the relationship.
I hope you would understand and provide solution for the same.
Looking forward for your call and listening ear to solve the need. I can't call
you guys as outgoing is barred :(
