This complain is regarding My Mother-In-Laws Pre-Paid Airtel connection. Customer and Mobile number details are as given below:

Airtel Number: 9945403825
I did a recharge on my In-Laws mobile for Rs 75 on 31st Aug and got complete talk time of Rs75. But on
7th of Sept at 6:20 PM they activated Caller Tone and got a message saying Caller tone is actived and Rs35 has been deducted. But when we checked the balance they had deducted Rs 50. I raised a compaint againt this wrong deduction Complain Number CHTWC309081454. While raising complain below is the answer that I got from the customer care representative, "Sir they have sent a message at 6:20 PM requesting us to activate Caller tone and we have done it at 6:20 PM".
After I raised a compainted below are the series of activities that happened:
- Got a call from Airtel representative on 8th Sept (Sometime in the evening) asking about the problem. My Mother-In-Law explained them the problem and also about the wrong deduction that has happened.
- Again got a call on 9th Sept at 1 PM but the representative was not able give proper reasons for this incorrect deduction. But they de-activated the caller tone. When asked about refund of money they were not able to give answer to our question.
And now as I am writing the compain without any reason they have deducted Rs 10 from the account.
Moreover this is not the first time this kind of incorrect dedution happening, My Father-In-Law has raised almost as many as around 5 compains before I raising this complain. Also my In-Laws are not get proper response from Airtel representatives, this is kind of torture for them.
I would request the concern authority to look into this matter and give proper justice.
