Airtel is loosing its name, it was known for its services & nowdays it i spathatic.
I have airtel mobile with 3G connection & they have given me bill in april which is showing wrong billing.
In my bill their are two data usags shown at same instance of time.
Have been writting numerous mail to Airtel customer care applet RJ but their is no response since past 2 months.
The company is totally not supporting in resolving customer issues.
Many time they say that my no is not reachable.
Have provided my alternate no 9352633338 to them but still their is no response.
Hoping the company will help to resolve the issue on priority.
