Not give hard copy of bill

I syed Nasir Abbas have mobile no 9810243856from 7 years but from 6 month airtel stop my hard bill copy when i complaint to customer care they say we not change rhis process. His customer care send me SMS on 5-Jan they start my hard bil but they send soft bill. I AM VERY UPSET FOR THIS RESPONSE.
