Missed calls from J&K - Please block

Hi,

I am receving missed from many number which belong to J&K.

I have been receiving missed calls from past 3-4 months. I have complained about this (4-5 times) to Airtel Customer Service Centre on 121. But they said that they cannot do anything in this matter and I need to activate Call Manager.
