Deficiency in service

I obtained a recharge of Rs. 27/- to avail of ISD call charges @ Rs. 1.99 P on 11/2/10 vide Tr ID No.479827589. This service has not ben activated till now (16/2/10) 12-- pm. During this period I had to talk to my son in Canada. For this I have been charged on regular charges basis. I complained to their help line No. (Tr ID no. 0212319748). I was assured that the facility will be activated within 48 hrs and if I have to use ISD, the Company will give me adjustment of the amount excess charged (difference between standard charges & concessional charges of Rs. 1.99 per minute. This has not been done. I again spoke to Customer helpline this morning and I was assured that I will positively hear frm them by 1-30 pm). Kindly help me and get the credit of the amt charged in excess. Thanks G L Nagpaul
