Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform that i am a customer of airtel for mobile services and my Mobile number is 9940333879. Around 27.04.2010 i received and sms data cintaining about GPRS and filmybuzz subciption. Neither i responded to that nor browsed any links mentioned in that message. After 24hrs i received another Sms as my subscription has been activated and have been charged Rs.10 for each and a total amount of Rs.20 without my permission in a fradulant manner. when i called customer care they are telling that i have browsed those pages and downloaded the contents which is not true.i even doesn't know the meanings of those links or aware of such links.i have complained twice and asked them to unsubscribe it and no response to it. The request reference numbers for those two complaints are 0429079561 dated:29th April and No:0509079806 dated 9.5.2010.
today i.e.9.5.2010 i have been mount deducted Rs.10 and no end to it.
As i have realised that now it is awaste of time to contact customer care i am complaining here.
i have also noted similar complaints on our pages.so please resolve my complaint as early as possible and keep our hopes alive.
