Dear sir,
I had activated GPRS service pack of rs 98 (1 GB data transfer for 1 month) on 1st November. The pack was deactivated on 3rd November without any prior notification and before its full usage. when i called up on the customer care today (i.e 3rd November) evening the customer care executive dropped my call without listening to my requests which is surely wrong on his part as he didn't even forwarded my cal to the higher official concerned.
this is a serious issue of harassment against the subscriber as even after being paid the entire amount we are being humiliated by the customer care executive.
