I am a regular customer of yours from past 6-7 years. On around 27th of nov. i received a promotional call on my no. that if i convert it into airtel money i will get the discount @5% on bill amount & if i booked movie tickets i will get @50% cash back.
As it is a attracting scheme i went to your airtel outlet on 30th of nov. around 7 pm but they said due to server down they are not able to issue me a new sim & told me to come tommorrow.
Again on 1st of dec. i went there & gave rs.75 as sim conversion charges. They didnt issued me any cash receipt of rs.75.
Next morning i.e. On 2nd of dec when i called customer care they said the scheme was closed on 1st of dec & as i would not be able to get any discount. Again i went to the airtel outlet on 2nd of dec & they said they didnt have any update regarding the closure of the scheme.
And when i asked them before the issuance of the sim that would i get this discount under the scheme??
they simply said "ufcose sir".
As i only want my money back of rs75 or else d proper scheme of airtel money as i m not responsible for any updation of information to airtel outlet.
I have also tried to contact your consumer greviance officer MR. MANISH BHARGAVA on 9971116037 but as i expected he didnt picked up the call.
Now tell me what would i do to get my money back.
