Recharge coupon rs100

Hey,

My name is Nirdesh Kumar. My airtel Mobile no. is 9004823549. It is a Maharashtra Number. I recently recharged my phone with Rs 100 coupon and got a message on my number saying that i have got a balance of rs 1. It did not show in my balance. However i could not even make any call thereafter. I had to do another recharge of rs 42 with rs 38 talktime. However, that rs 1 talktime (from RS 100 coupon), was a complete waste and i could not use it anywhere.

Please look into the matter.
