THE DETAILS OF MY COMPLAINT ARE:
ON THE EVENING OF 20TH SEPTEMBER I GOT A MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL TO GO TO HUNGAMA CONTENT FOR GAMES AND OTHER RECREATIONAL STUFF. THIS MESSAGE HAD NO DETAILS ABOUT THE CHARGES THE SUBSCRIBER NEEDS TO PAY FOR VISITING SUCH SITE AND IT LOOKED LIKE ANOTHER PROMOTIONAL OFFER BY AIRTEL.THEREAFTER AMOUNT OF 99 RS WAS DEDUCTED WHEN I VISITED THE SITE AND TO MY DISMAY, NOTHING WAS DOWNLOADED IN MY MOBILE. ON ENQUIRING WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES REPEATEDLY, THEY WERE CLUELESS AS TO WHETHER I HAD DOWNLOADED ANY CONTENT OR A GAME BECAUSE IN MY HANDSET, I HAD RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I WAS TOLD ON 22ND SEPTEMBER THAT SOMEBODY WOULD CALL FROM AIRTEL NOT LATER THAN 24TH SEPTEMBER TO CHECK THE CREDENTIALS OF MY UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION AND AS EXPECTED, NOBODY CALLED UP. SO, I HAD TO CALL 121 ON 25TH SEPTEMBER AND AFTER THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE COULD NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE, MY CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO ONE MR. LAXMIKANT FROM AIRTEL WHO TOO WAS HELPLESS. I WAS TOLD BY HIM TO HOLD THE LINE FOR 30 SECONDS BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM MR. LAXMIKANT FOR THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.
MAY I PLEASE REQUEST SOME PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO LOOK INTO THIS WHO ACTUALLY HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO TAKE DECISIONS ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE?
