Non refund of international roaming activation security deposit

I activated intl roaming on my postpaid airtel mobile number (9008018401) on nov-09 and deactivated it on dec-09.Assurance was given to refund the security deposit of Rs 6000.00 latest by 18th Feb. After numerous calls to the customer care the money has not still been refunded.
