Complete negligence regarding complains against network problem

My name is Deepak Joshi and this mail is regarding not getting any solution

against my regular complain for my two airtel numbers (9560416444, 9560426444

Corporate connection), which I have been following from last one month. Concern

is that I had shifted from Faridabad to nearby Lagpat Nagar at (Prakash Moallah near Sapna Cinema, Delhi) on 4th December after shifting

their I had major network problem for which I had spoke to Airtel executive on

7th December and got assurance that my problem will be resolved as he had

forwarded my request to networking team and they will work on it and my problem

will be resolved. Complain/Request number (34866054).

On 9th December I had called again to customer care for my other Airtel number

which is majorly in use and they gave me the same answer that it will be

resolved and this time Complain number was (F79030810).

Till 15th December their was no revert call from customer care center so on

15th December I made a call again to know the status of my complain but the

executive had assured me it will be definitely rectified till 16th December at

9:45am request no (F793381582). But as usual I didn't got any response I called

back again but this time I talk with branch manager and he told me to wait for

some more time till 24th December and gave me following Request number

was.(34969908)

On 24th December I spoke to one more executive name Mr. Jatin and he told me

that within 24hours a Booster will be installed to get proper network with

following Request number (F797367252)

But till 26th as usual their was no response I spoke to Mr. Jatin again and he

gave me the nodal officer email id and mobile number with following Request

number (F798262829). But till now nothing has been happened except killing my

time and money in calling customer care executives and taking complain numbers.

Till now I know Airtel promises to be the 100% network coverage grantee which

gives ads in print media stating it has 100% coverage in comparison with other

service providers, but now I am one of the victim of this called AIRTEL. The

company is very prompt in asking for payment, but not in giving service, once

the case is registered with customer care and stipulated time is given, the

complaint will be automatically closed with out taking confirmation from user

whether the service is been satisfied or not.

I dont know the company which has name and fame in the market has turned in

this way, but in case for payment the company will not even delay a single day,

to take extra charges.

I request you pls. resolve my problem either installing booster to nearby area

or giving me other solution for the same.
