Getting False Charges on my Billing

I am using airtel postpaid connection for long time, but i found from last month i am getting some false charges added in my billing. Company provides me day-to-day billing amount information via sms. I had been charged Rs.700 in July which was false charges. Again today i got Rs.350 added in my billing which was not my usage charges. They told me that i am using 3G on my mobile so its in your GPRS use.
