Misbehaviour with cutomer & wrong bill

Hi,

i am airtel customer from last 4 years and i have a good plan from last two years but just today i checked my bill and they have charged me so extra and when i call to customer care, none of the customer care executives entertain me so nicely and when i told my problem to them, they were unable to solve the problem and said you have to pay this bill because its already issue, when i heard the answer so i said i want to leave this connection if you cannot help me out so rather then to retain the customer they said ok we will tranfer your calll to retention department and they will discontinue the services. now please tell me where i am wrong when i want solution in that case they are giving me a suggestion to leave the connection and its very difficult for me to leave the number because everwhere i have circulated my this no.this is not a good way of talking with customer they people were so rude.
