On 20th January Rs. 99/- was deducted from my balance, while asking the customer care for same they said that I have used Airtel Live services for which they have deducted, but I have never used that. Adding to that, they said that, within 2 days i will get the call for reason, but i didn't get any call from them.
While inquiring again for same on 23rd, they said the server is down and bluntly asked to call after 4 hours. And on the same day again my balance was deducted by Rs. 30/- again for which the reason is unkown, as whenever i call customer care they have no reason about the deduction and they always provide one or the other excuses.
