Very BAD experience with the interface to reach the Customer care representative:
Once you call to Airtel customer care service by calling 121, after that i have not find any direct line to connect the representative. Then some how i got the line after struggling 30 minutes.
My concern is here that why not Airtel providing the direct option to call the customer care representative as you are charging .50 paisa.
After today call i got very much frustrate as i am never going to call customer care representative.
I have already registered a complaint regarding balance automatically, that why i was trying to get the details from Customer care representative.
[I remember the airtel prepaid service that i used in year 2006 that time there was direct number '9' is dedicated to connect customer care executive: why not now they are providing same service]
