Unnecessary Balance Deduction

Hello sir,

I am Bharat Suryakant Jadhav. I am using the AIRTEL prepaid sim card Sience last 6 year. During this company deducted my balance number of times for value added servieces which i didnt activated on my number. but now from 28th march to till date cumpany deducted my 5rs balance daily for the service which have not activated. after giving complaint in cust. care (198 &121) they didnt gave me balance refund.also they stoped my both services (198 &121) for more than 1 month period. till now company deducted my 150 rs.foure times i complaint in cust care (198&121) they told me that they deactivated my service but from next day it start again.also CSR not properly speeking with me. so pls pls pls pls help me sir...
