Automatic deduction of money!

Rs99 have been detected from my dad's balance for twenty twenty world cup scores. But i haven't. They state that i have accepted the service (where a customer service rep have spoken to me - reg). But i have nt received any call from them. When i spoke with Customer care they said that i will get a call back within 24-48 hrs. but no calls. Still i have made a call to them reg this they said nothing cant be done - rudely. I asked how to stop this service since it disturbs my dad a lot, who is a Heart patient (a basic mobile user - uses only to answer calls). It gives him a lot of trouble. Still trying out to stop these services!
