On 7th Jan. 2011 i got a message that Rs.99 has been deducted from my balance due to usage of airtel live facility.
i have neither used airtel live service nor downloaded anything, though i have made a complaint in the service centre on the same day, they gave me a complaint no. COLWO30107308125 and said problem will be resolved within 24hr and i will get my balance back.
today (9/1) on again calling the call centre the senior executive (Mr. Ashish) said that computer is showing the usage of the service and so balance can't be refund.
What should i do now as i have not used airtel live for which i have been deducted my balance and also lost more money by calling service centre again and again.
