The Airtel has been overcharging me in my bills for the Landline phone 0731-4071140 for the last three months, namely April, May and June. On lodging complaints for April, the customer care did not find anything wrong with the bills, but the Nodal officer arranged the refund of overcharged amount. Same for May also. For June, the customer care has not accepted the complaint unless I mention an Airtel Mobile Number in it, which I do not have, and the Nodal Officer has not even acknowledged the receipt of my complaint. Her phone 0755-4200460 appears to be perpetually set in waiting tune mode.

Please look into the case and arrange for correction of the bill No. 296256534 dt. 24-06-11 at the earliest and also ensure that the error is not repeated again.
