I've bought Airtel Rs.251 internet pack on 05-Dec that provides 8GB allowance with a validity of 3 months. However the validity got expired on 16-Jan. This was pack was bought for the mobile number 91 9959584081.
After having series of discussion with Airtel customer care for around 3 hours the problem was not resolved. So far I felt Airtel is the Number One for Customer Service in the Telecom sector in India. But this proved that even after so many promises (which proved to be false) from customer care agent no solution has been provided to me.
Kindly take this complaint as means to probe in to the situation and take appropriate action against Airtel.
