BLOCKING OF SIM CARD

Dear Sirs,

I would like to inform your goodself that I had lost my NOKIA MOBILE MODEL NO:5130, at the time of commuting in RTC Bus on 12th of MAY'

2010. I was having AIRTEL SIM CARD with balance of Rs.150/- approximately. My mobile No: 9177024801.

I request you to block the SIM CARD & confirm the availability of the same so that I can approach nearest dealer for activating the SIM. Also please be informed about the charges for blovking the SIM.
