I somopriyo gorai has a airtel connection no. is 919635020585 my cell remains at home, many a times I have seen unusual balance being cut off from my connection's main balance on inquiring with customer care i am being told that i have suscribed some joke/shyaree which i hav not suscribed this has happened more than 3 times and they dont take a complain by telling that i have suscribed, so they cant help me, they cut per day Rs.2 and i have nothing to do. I have requested them to stop sending messages and calls from customer care but they told it will take 45 days, once i had recharged Rs 7 and did not get, on complaining they told to contact with the recharge center and the person over there told thal he cant help because he has send the amount and he gave the transection id but the customer care executives didnt take any complain.
please help me I am helpless.
