Poor service!

The Airtel fraud me. On 18th and 19th Sep I recharge online my sister mobile 2 times, the money deduct from my account but the mobile did not recharge till.

Below are teo transaction confirmation from there side.

1) 0918200711015866201-ONLINE -- PREPAID REFIL

2) 0917200718461162785-ONLINE -- PREPAID REFIL

So I lost my 249 249=498 rs because of their bogus server. This network cheat to any body any time.
