Signal problem increases

I am using Airtel Tele communication connection from last 7 years, and also achieved great response, but from last 6 months Airtel Tele communication SIGNAL goes bad to worse in MOHALI (PUNJAB). we have 8 connections in our family and more than 400 connections in friend circle and employees. Please repair the SIGNAL problem as early as possible, so that we can face less problem regarding calls
