Dear Sir,

We have received you bill after 2 months (bill for September & October) you have charged the late fee payment for September bill. we have paid the full amount including late fee payment. We request to credit the late fee amount Rs.75 in my next bill and send the bill in time so I can pay the bill before due date.

Please note your man has visited at my residence to recover the above bill amount on dt. 10.10.2010. The said bill due date was dt.15/11, how can you send your man to my residence to recover the bill amount? If this happen next time I will disconnect your services.
