For deactivate airtel tv

Dear sir / madam

I m airtel prepaid customer my no. 9967658926.

I had mail you on 06/05 for help me to stop airtel tv because they deduct 10 Rs. Per day.

After that airtel servent had called me on 11/05 and she say your airtel tv has been stoped. but they dont deactivate that service and again charge Rs 10.

Please help me because they niether help me, and nor deactivate this service.
