My name is Gaurav Sapra and i I requested MNP from my airtel prepaid to IDEA on 29-01-11 and got unique porting number AP722393 Today I got an update from IDEA that my request dated 29 Jan 11 is rejected due to contractual obligation. When I called their customer care they dont know about it and even cutting my line after a long wait. Kindly let me know why my request was rejected and allow me to port as i feel these guys are fooling customer in the name of contractual obligation.
