My Airtel SIM got deactivated suddenly without any information. When i called the customer care they are telling that i did not responded to their call for address verification. I didn't get any call or SMS in this regard. The respnose from the customer care is that I should go for new number. Since it is prepaid and having RS1000 on it. I have another post paid mobile no with the same name and address. Looks like some wrong doing happening in this front.
