Sir,
I am a airtel subscriber since last eight years having used two airtel numbers since my subscription span, i would like to inform you that I am completely dissatisfied with the Service Quality and Customer Support, has caused immense mental agony which cannot be compensated.
From the Day 18th February from 11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs there has been deduction in my Balance Talktime from 88.80 to 0.00 without any service or facility being used. I contacted Customer Care the matter brought to their Notice and intimated that the matter be resolved by 22nd February with Reference No. CBDCC30218805834.
The same situation occured the following day with a recharge of Rs 60 had received a talktime of Rs 51 on 19th feb at 19:00 hrs and by 22;30 hrs my Balance was 0.06 which is there till date and on contacting Customer Care no Satisfactory Reply provided. I am keeping my mobile phone Open for any Inspection if anything needs to be checked by airtel customer care associates.
I am looking forward to have a reply in this regard from the senior Management of Airtel and need a complete Explanation for the Balance deduction caused by the service provider.
