Dear Sir,
We have disconnected Aksh IPTV on Telephone 022-26475592 in Dec. The billing for this has been de-activated. I have asked for the Deposit refund of Rs.1000 many times by calling 126555 get a standard answer "we will collect the equipment at your place Tommorrow" God Know when is this tomorrow. The centre also dont allow me to talk to someone who will help me in sorting this out.
MTNL denies that they dont have anything to do with Aksh, then why do they allow such a useless service branded under their name.
