I am airtel mobile advance rental user. My mobile no is 919898064512, having paid advance for two years. I had a complaint of network issue since one year which has not been resolved yet. Now my period ends on 30/097. I had few words with Mr. Sukhvinder, supervisor as per him, and he had given me an offer of 50% off and no clip charges against above issue before three days. Now at the time of renewal when I reached the place at G N Hakim building, Vadodara, they ask me for confirmation in customer care. Now at the time, they person refused to give the above scheme. They cannot keep their words even. So what about the money I had paid for to years previously. How will I be compensated now for the days I had to do without my phone which has become an essential service nowadays in this modern era of communication? I have to assume that this sort of wrong information will become the rule now even for a renowned service provider like Airtel.
