Booking not done as per the offe

Had bought a package for 7N/7D stay at the resorts list as published by bookmyholday.in Order no. 1005322206. Had sent the order form with 3 destinations and 3 dates within India alongwith a DD of INR 750 which was received by the BagIt team on 24 Feb.

However, as promised in the offer, the team has refused to provide any booking at the given dates. Also, the form says that you will be receiving a call in 3 working days but no one calls.

The customer care no. (0120-6182100) as given on their website is so difficult to reach that every time, after trying for atleast half an hour it connects. The reprsentative says that this is the only no. and they cannot call back.

One feels helpless and cheated by such absence of service. Regret having bought this package. The sales person who sold this has gone missing. The referral gift as promised for buying another package was not given and these guys have listed poor properties contrary to their claims of 3 or 5 star ones. Most of the propoerties listed have been given bad reviews by travellers.

Many attractive properties listed at th time of selling this package have been removed.

Request the team to pay some heed to this complaint and act.
