I booked a holiday package 7nights/8days with bookmyholiday. in through bagittoday (a India Today group company). My order num is-166685 booked on 19-06.At that time i spoke to a lady called Neha for my booking. I didn't received my package for quiet sometime till i followed up for two months. However i got the package in the month of August as a result of huge calls to Mr. Rajat (so called manager).
On 01-02 i called to the num-09971243149 (Ms Neha) and informed about my trip which i planned at Auli (Clifftopclub resort) on 21/02.I asked her if i can get an other holiday package on my brother's name on the above mentioned dates. Else i wanted to book some other time. She then checked with someone else there and called me back. She confirmed me the dates also for my trip. So i booked an other Package on the name of Mr. M.Prashanth Kumar with contact num -7893282777 and order num-1014840542 on 02/02.Also i booked all the travel tickets to and fro from my destination believing her.
After that she mailed a voucher code request form with form num-1456 to fill the all the details of my brother and the others who accompany him along with the Rs-750.00 demand draft and courier it the address:

So i couriered both the packages, the one on my name with order num-166685 and the one on my brothers name with order num-1014840542 on 02/02 which received at you end on 03/02.However i got a mail on 07/02 stating that my package is rejected as i have not informed 30 days before, some incomplete information in the request form. Also i was informed, a fresh request form is attached in the mail which i can take print out of it and fill it once again and send it back to you. But there is no attachment in the mail at all.
So when i called Neha to cross check, she said she already spoke to booking team and confirmed my booking on the above particular dates i have asked for and i can ignore the mail. When i asked her the booking Id, she just disconnected my call and since then not picking up call. I called her several times but all efforts went in vain
I was so embarrassed, disgusted and didnt understand what to do. So am writing this mail to bring to your attention to arrange my accommodation on the above mentioned resort with respective dates mentioned.
