Dear sir,
I have go the broadband connection through the tel. No. 24485242.
I am not getting the internet connection properly. Even afetr trying for it for a long time, sat for about one hour, I get the connection, but it is getting disconnected on its own with in a very sgort time say about 4 to 5 minutes.
I have been making complaint to various persons in your BSNL, but so far no result. (getteing connection to 1500 or 1504 is very very difficult)
I am really suffering without the internet serives. I am upset with your level of service so far.
I request you once again to look into the mattaer on top priority and solve the probelm permanently.
