Change of Platform
SM has changed the platform within 10 miutes before the actual arrival of train

I have reached the platform no. 3 of Moradabad Railway station on 23.05.2011 to travel from Garib Rath for Varanasi with heavy luggeges and in very seek position without availability of porters.

Train has prefixed to run from platform no. 3, which is usually prefixed and displayed till 21.11.

But, in last few minutes Railway authorities has decided to run the train from platform no. 3 instead of platform no.1.

I have got the train with heavy dificulties physical injury and lost my bag on platform no. 3 in hurry to get the train. In my bag water, food and other necessary and valuable items.

But, railway has not thought about the problems faced by the passengers of train. This is huminity?
