Sir i booked air ticket from website www.makemytrip.com on 14may, but trancation was not successfully.so i took another air ticket from local agent.
ON 15 MAY 4.30 one lady call to the pasenger and took detail neither she mention that" she is calling from makemytrip nor she informed route of air ticket. The passenger gave passport details as he is from turkey. Makemytrip. send ticket to my email on which i have not opens my email on Sunday.. ON MONDAY, when i saw i was shocked to my credit card was debited of 32000 and change. when i call they don't even try to explain, why they not issued ticket on 14 may and whey they issued ticket on 15 may .i requested them to refund my money, they informed me to cannot be possible and money cannot be given. plz help me in this matter. as they have issued ticket after 24 hr when pax took another ticket.
