I had booked flights for myself and my family through Cleartrip (Trip ID – 1103043176)

My flight was booked from Rome / Cairo / Mumbai for 4th June on MS 794 / departing Rome at 1830.
When I reached the airport, I found that flight MS 794 departing from Rome does not exist at all.
I had called up Cleartrip support from Rome on 4th afternoon from Rome, however I could not get any assistance from Cleartrip office.
I was told that Egypt Air office is closed.
My Schengen visa was expiring on 5th June, so I had to buy another ticket for departing Rome on 5th June.
As a result of issuing wrong ticket or if correct ticket had been issued then as a result of not informing me of relevant flight being withdrawn, I had to incur substantial expenses of buying another ticket and staying in Rome for additional night.
I have been sending emails to cleartrip.com however have not received proper response yet.
I have also forwarded copies of all bills for expenses incurred (Airfare & Hotel) for reimbursement
