Hi,
I was booking my ticket at around 1:45 PM for Delhi - Bhopal - Delhi round trip. After completion of the financial transaction I got network error and did not get any confirmation for the booking. I dialed your helpline number 43131313 and had a discussion with Mr. Ashish. He given me confirmation that the transaction was not completed hence I did not get the confirmation. Again I have booked the ticket and done the same transaction.
Suddenly I got confirmation for both transactions and the amount was debited to me twice. Again I reached your helpdesk on phone and reported the issue to Mr. Vikas. Primarily he was also not able to track the transactions, however, He than forwarded the call to Ms Kavita and she said that, she will take up the issue with higher officials and will send me confirmation for reverting one transaction.
Kindly look into the issue and arrange to revert one transaction immediately. Transaction detail is as under :-
