Complan for Yatra taken more mony for maiking ticket making

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have take ticket date of 12.01. and Yatra has didcuted more money from my account.

I have given all details and Bank statement but Yata only giving excuse and Yatra is not ready to return my didcuted amount from my account so, Please Help me for recover my amount, i will thnakfull for your kind consideration.
