No refunding of Money for Unbooked Ticket

I had booked a ticket from http://goibibo.ibibo.com/ on 28th Sept for Go-Air flight G8-364 with booking ID GOFLDF24931317205399 from Pune to New Delhi. when I booked the flight it had not got confirmation

but the amount of Rs 2705 had deducted from my bank account. It was aborted from their side

so they told me that they'll refund the whole amount of Rs 2705 within 5 days

but now it's approx 20 days but i have not got my money back.

I have called them so many times. Everytime they say that my case is pending from their side and they'll process it and I'll get my money within 5 days.

I am not getting why my case is pending and why they are not processing it and when I will get my money back or they are just making people fool and don not want to refund my money back. Please assist me as soon as possible.
