Not recieved my full refund even after 38 days

Background:

With reference to my Kingfisher airlines (thru Goibibo) travel PNR# IYZQPU this is to state that due to Patna-Pune flight cancellation dated 12th March I had requested for full refund from my airline (Kingfisher) and refund was processed immediately at the airport itself. However, since the ticket was booked through Goibibo, I was to get the actual refund from Goibibo. Hence, simultaneously I made request for refund to Goibibo also.

Problem:

My full refund amounts to be Rs. 4445.00, however, I received a partial refund of Rs. 3415.00 only on 28th Mar after 3 follow up e-mails and calls. The same day I complained about this and was given an assurance by the company that the remaining balance which amounts to be Rs. 1030.00 will be refunded soon. The company has ackowledged that mistake is on their part and despite following up for 5 times I still have not received my balance amount.

I want that suitable action should be taken against the company and company should provide my refund with appropriate compensation for the delay.
