Refund not received

There was transaction failure for a booking made by me for the flight from patna to bangalore, the booking was made on 16th august.

The amount debited from my account was 25766, but as a refund i have received only Rs 18752 .

Can you update me on the same about the rest Rs7014 .

i have sent mail several time, even talked to the customer care but it didnt help.
