Yet they had not recived my DD which i had sent to them

As i had sent an DD in the name of Premeir Sales india Pvt Ltd

on 27/03/10... When i give a call to them they will leave me in long hold and when they come on line they are telling me that still we had not recived my Post DD...

What is the nonsence conditions of this company that we have do the all transactions in normal post only wat is this... If we are sending in normal post if it not delivered to Addressee then how it will be retuned to us...

Please do a favour for me... Give any Solution to me for this as soon as much possible...
